How I got here.
I came into this through copywriting: websites, cold emails and ads for small businesses. That pulled me into automation, then CRMs, and then the whole system a sales team runs on.
I’ve done the work from both sides since: inside companies, carrying the pipeline number, and brought in from outside to fix what wasn’t working, across different countries, industries and sizes.
I kept seeing the same problems: money spent in the wrong places, the wrong people targeted, activity mistaken for strategy, no repeatable way to win clients, and whatever did work stuck in a few people’s heads.
Most of those teams didn’t need another channel.
They needed the system underneath it: a CRM the team actually trusts, data that shows what’s working, and a process written down so it survives when someone leaves.
Get more out of what you already have before you add anything new. It’s cheaper, it’s easier, and it’s usually where the next result is.
That’s why Salestruct exists. We build that system first, then put AI on top of it to take the admin that slows your reps down. Your reps sell, and a person on your team approves anything that reaches a prospect.
