What we build, part by part.

Outreach, inbound leads, the CRM, follow-up and reporting, built as one system your reps run. The free diagnostic decides which parts you need, and you pay only for those.

Your team reaches more, sells more and closes more.

  • Reach more people.

Outreach runs every working day on a clean list, not when a rep finds a spare hour.

  • Reach the right ones.

The list is built from the deals you already won, so reps talk to buyers who fit.

  • Know where every deal stands.

One CRM your team trusts, kept up to date in the background.

  • Spend the week selling.

Follow-ups, notes and admin are handled, so reps call, meet and close.

The parts, in the order a deal meets them.

Some carry a deal from first message to closed. The rest sit underneath, so your team can run it without us.

The path every deal takes

  1. Leads come in

    Outbound channels

Email, LinkedIn and calls on one schedule. A reply on one pauses the rest.

    Works withSmartleadLinkedInAircall

    Inbound routing

Every form and demo request scored and sent to the right rep while it’s warm.

  2. Every deal lives here

    CRM and pipeline

Stages that match how your deals move. Emails, calls and meetings log themselves.

  3. Your reps sell

    Scripts and language

Discovery questions and objection answers, tested on your real calls.

  4. You see what works

    Dashboards

Pipeline, rep activity and revenue, read straight off the data. No hand-built reports.

An example week. The names, times and tools are illustrative.

  1. Mon 09:00

Anna, a Head of Operations who fits your list, gets your first email. A LinkedIn invite follows on day 2.

  2. Thu 14:02

She replies on LinkedIn. Her email sequence pauses, so nobody chases her twice.

A reply is drafted from the whole thread.

Your rep edits it and sends it.

  6. Fri 10:45

The call summary and the follow-up email are drafted.

If something we built breaks, we fix it free for 6 months.

Every build comes with the system warranty. Anything the original build introduced gets fixed at no cost for 6 months, whether you take Standby or not.

What it covers
Anything the original build introduced
Changes your team makes after handover aren’t covered.
How long
6 months from handover
Starts at handover, when your team runs it without us.
What it costs
Nothing
Whether you take Standby or not.

Next: what happens after the build.

  • Standby → We do it with you. A weekly performance review with your reps, and a shared Slack channel for any sales question.
  • Operated → We run it for you. We become your marketing department and bring in the leads, synced with your sales team.

What teams ask before they book.

The build is a scoped project fee, quoted from the free diagnostic once we’ve both seen what’s actually broken. Nothing is quoted before that. After the build, Standby and Operated are monthly, each quoted from the diagnostic. Nothing ongoing is compulsory.
No. If your buyers aren’t on LinkedIn, we don’t build LinkedIn outreach. If you don’t cold call, we skip the dialer. The diagnostic maps what your business actually needs, and you only pay for the parts you’ll run.
No. It drafts: the call prep, the reply, the call summary. A person on your team reads it and decides what goes out, and nothing reaches a prospect or changes a deal until someone approves it.
During the build, join the call reviews where the scripts get tuned, and work through the onboarding track for their role. After it, work their pipeline. Logging, routing and first drafts are the system’s job, so their week goes on selling.
No. Where a tool you already pay for works, we keep it and build around it: HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce for the CRM, Smartlead or Instantly for email, Aircall or Dialpad for calls, Notion or Confluence for procedures. The build then becomes cleanup: fields nobody fills in, automations that fire wrong, the scoring and routing that was never there. In practice the cleanup is usually the bigger share of the work.
Outbound channels
Sending domains and warmup, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach inside platform limits, the dialer with call recording.
Inbound routing
One queue for forms, demo requests and referrals, company and role looked up on arrival, fit scoring, and a response clock that reassigns a missed lead.
CRM and pipeline
Stages and required fields, follow-up reminders and deal cleanup, email, calendar and calls writing to the same record.
Scripts and language
Discovery questions, demo flow, objection answers, and joint call reviews during the build.
Dashboards
Rep activity, conversion by stage, stalled-deal flags, deal source and cost per customer, built inside your CRM.
SOPs and procedures
Every recurring task with an owner, the steps, and who to call when it breaks.
Onboarding
Video and written tracks per role, recorded in your own system, updated when the system changes.
AI help
Call prep, reply drafts, call summaries and stale-record flags, each approved by a person.
4 to 8 weeks from kickoff, with the fundamentals live by week 4. It’s finished when your team runs it without us and we both sign that.
You choose. Run it yourselves, trained and with every process written down. Keep us on Standby: a weekly performance review with your reps, plus a shared Slack channel where anyone on the team can ask any sales question. Monthly. Cancel anytime. Or put us on Operated. We run it for you. We become your marketing department and bring in the leads, synced with your sales team. Every account, domain and document is in your name from day one, so if you end it on a Monday it still runs on the Tuesday.
We don’t start until we both agree on what’s actually broken, and we turn down work we don’t believe will create value. After handover, the system warranty above applies. Anything the original build introduced gets fixed at no cost for 6 months, whether you take Standby or not.
