Your whole sales operation, from one chat window.

Your reps ask in plain words. The AI runs the processes we built with you, across every tool you use, and your team stays in control.

Example chat. A rep asks what was said with Anna Keller. The AI checks the CRM, the calendar and the call recorder at the same time, finds three calls and asks which one. The rep picks the demo, and the AI gives a three-line summary. Then the rep says they had coffee with Marko Horvat and need to send him the proposal. The AI moves the deal to the Proposal stage in HubSpot and lets the proposal team know in Slack. Nothing is sent to the client.

Example chat, names made up. The model behind it is your choice.

It checks every tool at the same time.

Today a rep opens the CRM, the inbox, the call notes and the calendar, one tab at a time. The AI checks all of them at once, however many tools your sales process uses, and comes back with one answer.

It isn’t just AI. It’s your own processes, run when a rep asks.

First we build your sales processes with you and write them down. The AI sits in the middle. When a rep asks, it runs the right process, the same way every time.

  1. Your rep asks

In plain words, in one chat window.

  2. The AI runs the matching process

It picks the process that fits the request and does its steps. Nothing more.

  3. Your processes, built and written down

How a deal moves, who gets told, what a call summary covers. We build these with you first.

Inside the tools you already use

  • CRM
  • Email, calendar
  • Call notes
  • Team chat
  • Docs
  • Automation

What the AI doesn’t do.

  • It doesn’t talk to your clients.Emails, calls and proposals stay with your team.
  • It doesn’t assume. If a request is unclear, it asks before it does anything.
  • It doesn’t make business decisions.Prices, discounts and deal calls stay with your people.

It only runs the processes we built with you, when someone on your team asks.

One message from a rep starts the whole process.

The AI does the admin inside your tools. Your people do everything a client sees.

Example: after a coffee meetingNames are made up.
  1. Your rep

    Says what happened

Had coffee with Marko Horvat today. We need to send him the proposal.

  2. The AI

    Runs your proposal process

Logs the meeting, moves the deal to Proposal in the CRM, and lets the proposal team know in Slack.

  3. Your proposal team

Writes the proposal and sends it

People do this part. The AI never contacts Marko.

The models and tools we build with.

Your CRM and everything else stays where it is. We connect to it.

  • OpenAI

    Answers questions and summarises calls.

  • Claude

    Answers questions and summarises calls.

  • Jev

Scores and routes leads. It picks a score or a route, it doesn’t write text.

  • OpenRouter

    Many models behind one account.

You choose the model. It runs on your own account, and you pay the provider only for what it uses, per token, at their prices.

Automation and integration

Connect your tools and move data between them.

  • n8n
  • Make
  • Zapier
  • Relevance AI

It all runs in your own accounts. Revoke our access and it keeps running.

From a free call to a system your team runs, in four steps.

  1. Diagnostic

    60 minutes

We look at how your team sells today and which tools it uses, and find the jobs that eat your reps’ time. Written plan in 3 working days.

  2. Build

    4 to 8 weeks

Processes first: how a deal moves, who gets told what, written down. Then we connect your tools and set the AI to run those processes when a rep asks.

  3. Train

    During the build

Your reps use it with us alongside, and learn what they can ask it to do.

  4. Sign-off

    End of the build

We both sign that your team runs it without us. Then you choose: run it yourselves, Standby (we do it with you), or Operated (we run your lead generation).

Questions to ask before you buy.

The window looks similar, on purpose. The difference is what’s behind it. ChatGPT on its own doesn’t know how your deals move or who needs to hear about them. Ours runs your own processes, written down with you, inside the tools you already use, and does nothing else.
No. It never sends anything to a client or a prospect. Everything it does is internal: it updates the CRM, lets the right person on your team know, or gives the rep an answer. Talking to clients stays with your people.
It asks. If a rep’s question could mean more than one thing, like which of three calls they mean, it asks which one before it does anything. It doesn’t fill gaps with a guess.
They ask in the chat window instead of opening tab after tab. Their CRM, inbox and files stay where they are, so there’s no new system to learn.
A scoped project fee, quoted from the free diagnostic. After the build, Standby and Operated are monthly, each quoted from the diagnostic. Nothing ongoing is compulsory. The AI model runs on your own account, so you pay the provider directly for what it uses, at their prices, not ours.
If the diagnostic shows it isn’t the right fit yet, we say so, and the written plan is yours either way. After the build, anything the original build introduced gets fixed at no cost for 6 months, whether you take Standby or not.
It runs in your own accounts, with every process written down in plain files, so revoking our access doesn’t stop it. Then you choose how involved we stay. Run it yourselves: your team is trained, with every process written down. Standby: We do it with you. That’s a weekly performance review with your reps, plus a shared Slack channel where anyone on the team can ask any sales question. Monthly. Cancel anytime. Operated: We run it for you. We become your marketing department and bring in the leads, synced with your sales team.
