Salestruct, the facts.

Who we are, who runs it, where we are, who we work with and what it costs. Straight answers, all on one page.

What is Salestruct?

Salestruct builds AI sales systems for companies that sell something expensive through real salespeople. That means the CRM, inbound and outbound, follow-up and reporting, built as one system the client’s own team controls. A person approves anything the AI prepares before it reaches a prospect.

Who is behind Salestruct?

Toni Medic. He runs every diagnostic call himself and works on every build. Before Salestruct he led growth at an agency in Dubai and ran operations at a battery startup in Croatia, setting up the team, the processes and the SOPs. More about Toni

Is Salestruct legit? What do clients say?

Salestruct has a 5.0 average from 15 client reviews, has worked across 20+ industries, and has generated over €10M for clients. The easiest way to judge it yourself is the free diagnostic: 60 minutes, no card, and a written plan within 3 working days that you keep whether or not you hire us.

Who is Salestruct for?

Companies selling a high-ticket product or service through a real sales team, where marketing already brings in leads and what happens after the lead arrives is the problem. They want more out of the sales team they already have.

Who is Salestruct not for?

Low-ticket products sold without a salesperson, and anyone who wants an AI that contacts prospects on its own. We also turn down work we don’t believe will create value, and say so on the first call.

What does Salestruct cost?

Each build is priced from what the diagnostic finds, so there’s no list price. Build is a one-time project fee, quoted in writing within 3 working days of the call. Standby and Operated are monthly, each quoted from the diagnostic. Nothing ongoing is compulsory.

Who owns what Salestruct builds?

You do. Everything is built in your accounts and your name from day one: the CRM, the domains, the tools and the data. If you end the work on a Monday, the system still runs on the Tuesday.

How long does a build take?

Usually 4 to 8 weeks. The fundamentals go live first, typically by week 4, and your team is trained while it’s built.

How do I contact Salestruct?

Six things to check before you hire anyone to build your sales system.

Ask these of us and of anyone else you’re talking to. Each one comes with the answer that should make you walk away.

  1. Whose name are the accounts in?

The CRM, the sending domains, the mailboxes and the data should be yours from day one. Walk away if the provider owns them and “transfers them later”.

  2. Do they name the problem before they quote?

A fixed package quoted before anyone has looked at your pipeline is a guess. Walk away if the scope doesn’t change after they’ve seen how your sales actually run.

  3. Can your team run it without them?

Ask for the documentation and training plan in writing. Walk away if the system only works while they’re on retainer.

  4. What happens when it breaks?

Ask what they fix for free after handover, and for how long. Walk away if the answer is a new invoice.

  5. Does the AI send anything on its own?

Ask who approves what reaches your prospects. Walk away if nobody on your team sees a message before it goes out.

  6. Who actually does the work?

Ask who builds it and who you talk to every week. Walk away if the person who sold it disappears after the contract is signed.
