This site describes the services of Salestruct, which builds AI sales systems for sales teams. The content is informational. It isn’t professional advice for your situation, and it isn’t an offer that becomes binding by reading or acting on it.
A signed agreement sets every commercial term.
We don’t publish prices on this site. Each engagement is scoped individually: it starts with a free diagnostic call, and the scope, timeline and price are confirmed in the written agreement signed before work starts. The diagnostic call carries no obligation to buy.
The 6-month system warranty.
Every build comes with a system warranty. Anything the original build introduced gets fixed at no cost for 6 months, whether you take Standby or not.
- What it covers: anything the original build introduced. Changes your team makes after handover aren’t covered.
- How long: 6 months from handover, when your team runs the system without us.
- What it costs: nothing.
The money-back policy on Operated.
Before we start, we agree in writing on the benchmark and the improvements we are aiming for, set against your industry’s average. If we don’t hit them, you get your money back, as set out in your written agreement.
The policy applies to Operated engagements only. The benchmark, the amount refunded and the conditions for a refund are set out in the written agreement signed before work starts, and that agreement is what governs. Nothing on this website sets a refund amount or a time window.
Who owns the site content.
All content on this site, including the copy, graphics, diagrams, the logo artwork and the site’s visual design, belongs to the operator named above unless stated otherwise. You may browse it, share links to it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it, resell it or present it as your own. Product names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them doesn’t imply a partnership.
Acceptable use.
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest or bulk-download site content or any data available through it.
- Probe, disrupt or try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Submit forms or bookings with false identity details, or on behalf of someone without their consent.
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law.
Website content is not a substitute for an agreement.
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that they are complete, error-free or suitable for your situation. Base engagement decisions on a written proposal and a signed agreement, not on website content alone.
Liability is limited as far as Croatian law allows.
To the extent the law permits, Salestruct is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability within client engagements is governed by the written agreement, not by these terms.
Changes to these terms.
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Croatian law applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any dispute arising from use of the site is subject to the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
